2023年3月現在、パンデミックがメディアに報じられることは激減した。政府による五回目接種の勧奨も、終焉を迎えたようである。マスクの着用も任意となり、新型コロナウイルス感染症の2類から5類からへの変更も検討されている。一見、着実に規制が撤廃されつつあるかのように人々には映る筈である。然しながら、コロナ禍の遺していった傷跡は癒えることも消えることもない。甚大な数の死傷者を生み出した今回のパンデミックが、人々の脳裏から消え去ることは決してない。ここで、私達は再び問い直す必要がある。パンデミックの最中、政府が取り続けた医療政策は、果たして正しかったのだろうか。一方で、規制当局の判断は、的確だったのだろうか。私達は、二転三転する政府の広報に振り回されて来たのが実情である。当初は「予防接種」と称され、三度目のブースターは「オミクロン株への対応」とされ、最終的には「重症化予防」と謳われた。ワクチンはウイルス対策での聖杯と崇められ、人々は滅多矢鱈に打ちまくられた。
ここに大きな矛盾を感じない人は、「正常な感覚」を取り戻す必要がある。接種を繰り返せば繰り返すほど、逆に「感染者」が増えていった理由を説明した人は政府や行政側に居たであろうか。彼等からは、この逆説を説明する声は一切聞かれなかったのが現実である。では何故、この狂気じみた政策を、政府も厚生労働省も手放そうとしなかったのか。
前提と為すべきことを以下で詳述する。先ず、ファイザー社は確信犯である（キラーレポートが存在するからである）。その理由を見て見よう。
FIOA訴訟敗訴の結果、出所をFDAとする、ファイザー社作成のキラーレポート（臨床試験の一部）が存在している。一方で、規制当局に提出したファイザー社の書類から、同社がGLPに従っていない点（後に異物混入などを惹起した）などが分かる。そして、ファイザー社の過去の犯歴などから、凡そ推定出来るのである。何より、治験が終わっていないまま、市場にロールアウトさせたことが大きい。そのため、各国との売買契約に於いて、薬害に対する「免責」を認めさせたことが挙げられる。契約の締約国に対し、同時に「守秘義務」を課し、問題の発覚を隠蔽したこと。これによって、ファイザー社製ワクチンの欠陥の発覚が何より遅れたことなど、枚挙に暇がない。二ヶ月半に渡る短い期間だが、ファイザー社は、有害事象のデータを採集していたのである。同レポートには、驚くべき内容が書かれていた。以上から、ファイザー社は確信犯であると断定出来る。先ず、アフリカ諸国は、巨大な対称群（ワクチン接種を行っていない）として、現在、製薬会社の頭痛の種になっている。
この流れに、日本の学会や現場医師も追従した。
新型コロナワクチンの展開に関し、一部の良識的な学者や医師を除いて、異論が出なかったことが参事の原因である。内閣府健康推進対策室本部の森下竜一は、薬害が生じた場合、国が補填すると、外国記者団に語っていた。バイオベンチャー・アンジェスの森下は、タカラバイオと共に、DNAワクチンを開発するとして、国から正式に100億近い研究助成金を受け取っている。パンデミック対策の司令塔だった尾身茂は有価証券に補助金を投じ、莫大な収益を上げていたこと。おそらく、ファイザー社から、講演料や執筆料、その他の名目で、莫大な資金が学者や医師に拠出されている筈である（2009年度）の豚コレラの際の、ファイザー社のロビー活動のグラフから類推出来る。
また、厚生労働省は嘘に嘘を重ねた（例えば、「治験終了」ではなく迅速承認であった点など）。米国での治験（臨床試験）は終わっていない。FDAは一時的にコミナティを承認したに過ぎない。厚生労働省は公式サイトで、「適切な治験は終わった」と虚偽の表示をしていた。これは、ワクチン開発の一般的な原則から見ても、不可解且つ矛盾に満ちた言説と言ってよい。長期的な評価の為には、最低でも5年〜10年の開発期間を要するからである。厚生労働省が、長期的に有害事象のデータを採っている可能性は極めて低い。
さらに悪いことに、日本政府はパンデミックの「緊急性」を作出した。コロナ陽性者数の水増し（誤った検知法であるPCRマステストを用いた）、絶え間のない「パンデミック・キャンペーン」、ロックダウン、マスク、ソーシャル・ディスタンスなど、Covid-19ウイルスが猛威を振るっているかのように演出した。政府は民間の広報メディア（電通テック）にも予算を振り分けている。パンデミック発生当初は、「化学防護服」を用いて、「感染者」の搬送が行われていたが、いつの間にか、「マスク」にとって変わられた。これは、人々を恐怖せしめる「演出」である。つまり、大衆のマスフォーメーションを形成する為に用いられた、社会工学の悪用である。ベルギーの心理学者、M.デスメット教授によれば、こうした「洗脳」は、ほぼ、解除が不可能であると記されている。
メディアは盲信的であった（現在でも真相を伝えていない）。メディアの制御グリッドは、製薬利権に握られている。日々、通知された「陽性者数」、「感染者数」などの数値は、民間の会社が統計を採っていた。一部の報道を除いて、ニュースは、ほぼ一色の「公式の物語」に染まった。
原因となるCovid-19は、機能獲得実験によって作られたものである。
A.G.ハフ博士（元エコヘルス・アライアンス副社長）の宣誓供述書、他の資料より、Covid-19ウイルスが、中国の武漢で、「機能獲得実験」で製造されたことが分かっている。この研究は、エコヘルス・アライアンスのピーター・ダザック、石正麗らが主導した。米国立感染症研究所のA.ファウチは、議会で虚偽の宣誓供述をし、「機能獲得実験」は行われていないと語っている。エコヘルス・アライアンスには、同研究所から資金が提供されている。但し、Covid-19が巷間に散布された可能性は低く、事実、世界中のラボでウイルス本体は分離、培養されていない。今回のパンデミックに際して、新型コロナウイルスの実在性は、全てに於いて問われていない。厚生労働省の解答では、「存在すると想定して疫病対策をとっている」とある。
さらに重要なのは、PCRマステストには科学的根拠は存在しない点である。ドイツのC.ドロステンのPCRキット開発は、Covid-19の分離株を元に設計されたものではない。各種の科学論文が以上を指摘している。ドロステンの論文には「利益相反」が見られる。
新型コロナウイルスの「実在性」は、全てに於いて問われていない。Cocid-19（ウイルス）を実際に分離出来たラボは存在しない。製薬会社を含め、規制当局、学術機関など、この点に正しく答えた組織は存在しない。何故なら、ウイルスの実在は問われていないからである。一時期は、医師による、リモートを通じた「見做し陽性判定」まで実施されていた。これは受診も検査も無しにモニターと電話を通じて新型コロナ感染症への罹患を判定するという、非科学的な暴挙であった。厚生労働省は、以上を容認していた。一方で、規制当局は、PCR検査キットの濫用を用いてパンデミックが存在するかのような「錯誤」を継続させた。
新型コロナワクチンが遺したものについて、以下で検証する。
先ず、被害の現状について。国家壊滅級の被害（広島原爆級）である。更には、今後の問題も含まれている（生殖機能への影響、後遺症など）。これは遺伝子ワクチンの特性によるものである。
人口動態統計により、日本では30万人以上の超過死亡が認められる。一部の学者は、高齢者の「運動不足」が超過死亡の原因だと噴飯物の説明をしている。これは国家壊滅級（原爆投下級）の被害に相当する。薬害は死亡事例だけに留まらない。接種による後遺症への救済を、国は正式に行っていない。英国は「ワクチンダメージ」を補償している。今後考えられる問題は、接種者の生殖機能への影響などが挙げられる。ファイザー社は、ワクチンを用いて生体内分布試験を行っていない。スパイクタンパク質は全身を循環することが知られている。以上を、厚生労働省は知っている。何故なら、米国のB.ブライドル博士に、ワクチンの生体内分布試験を依頼したのは厚生労働省だからである。一方、被験動物は全て死亡した（反復毒性試験）。
治験（臨床試験）を行わなかったこと（mRNAワクチンは未知）は、秘匿され続けた。
この点に関して、厚生労働省は虚偽を述べている。実際は、FDAが一時的に承認したものに過ぎない。新型コロナワクチンは、2020年当時は治験が終わっていなかった。遺伝子ワクチン（mRNAワクチン）は未知の薬剤である。短い期間だが、施行されたテスト結果（キラーレポート）によって、ファイザー社は「有害事象」の全容を把握していた。ファイザー社は薬効を偽った。キラーレポートは、FIOA訴訟に敗訴して、FDAが提出したものである。FDAは、文書開示に75年かかると称していた（隠蔽である）。
次に死亡者の問題（因果関係について）に移る。
基本的に、厚生労働省は接種と死亡の因果関係を認めていない。α、γ、βの３区分に従って、死亡事例を分類しているが、新型コロナワクチンによる死亡は無かったというのが、絶対的な「不文律」である。規制当局によって、死亡者の数は2000名以上報告された。然しながら、99.9%以上、因果関係は認められない（評価不能）との烙印を押されている。例えば、「死体検案書」も無視する形である。ワクチン接種による死亡は明白である。「有効性と安全性」に関しては、海外の試験結果（要するにファイザー社）に全面的に依存しながらも、海外から寄せられるワクチンの「危険性」を厚生労働省は完全に無視した。四回接種によって、爆発的に感染者を増やしたイスラエルの事例を、政府も厚生労働省も勘案することは無かった。究極的に、日本は五回目接種の道を選んだ。その結果、戦後最多の超過死亡を記録した。政府も規制当局も、この点を完全に黙殺する道を選んだ。
後遺症者の治療や補償の問題について述べる。
名古屋市の河村たかし市長は、独自の救済策（医療費の半額公費負担）を施行しているが、国を挙げての、ワクチン後遺症への救済は何も行われていない。「ワクチンダメージ」への賠償を開始したイギリスとは対照的に、国、及び厚生労働省はシラを切り続けている。

広義での影響（社会生活、人間関係、経済への波及）についても触れておく。
作り出された「パンデミック」は、経済（零細企業など）を完膚なきまでまでに破壊し、リモートワークへ業務を移行させ、人間関係を希薄化させ、人々を分断化した。これは正しい情報に基づいて、人々に接種を忌避させることを防ぐ為である。社会、とりわけ学校や企業でのマスクの義務化など、身体的な拘禁に近い状況を生んだ。絶え間のないキャンペーンによって、人々は悪疫への恐怖を植え付けられ、自由を大幅に制限された。情報媒体は、ほぼ制圧下にあった。SNSでは公然と言論統制が敷かれ、インターネット空間では、検閲、削除、アカウントの停止が横行した。一方で、世界中のいかなるラボにおいても、このウイルスの培養やクローン体の成生、分離などは行われていない。ドイツのC.ドロステンも、元株を用いずPCR検査キットを開発した。PCRマステストの誤検知の集積が、このパニックの本質である。Covid-19ウイルスは、武漢研究所に於いて、P.ダザック、石正麗などの、機能獲得実験によって生成されたものだが、巷間に流行した形跡は皆無である。厚生労働省も、ウイルスの存在証明は出来ないとしている。行政文書不開示通達によって、「該当する書類が存在しない」と彼等は返答してくる。当初、コロナ感染者、死者等の数を水増ししたのは、厚生労働省である。行政通達によって、コロナ死以外の死因でも、死亡者がPCRテストで陽性であれば、一律「コロナ死」でカウントされていたためである。
